TRUFFLED CARROT CAKE

Ingredients

  • 3 units of medium carrots
  • 200 milliliters of oil
  • 200 milliliters of milk
  • 3 units of eggs
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 3 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 300 grams of chocolate in drops
  • 395 grams of condensed milk
  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons of 50% chocolate

How to make

Step 1
In a blender, add three medium chopped carrots, 200ml of oil, 200ml of milk and three eggs. Beat everything very well for approximately 3 minutes.
Step 2
Transfer the liquid to a container and then add 2 cups of sugar. After mixing well, add 3 cups of sifted wheat flour. Mix the flour very well and then add a tablespoon of baking powder. Now mix lightly.
Step 3
Add 300g of chocolate in drops and mix gently. You can substitute chocolate chips for chocolate chips or chips, which works great too.
Step 4
Now just pour the dough into a greased and floured pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 45 minutes.
Step 5
To top the cake, in a pan, add 200g of cream, 395g of condensed milk and 2 tablespoons of 50% chocolate or powdered chocolate. Mix well, bring to medium heat and proceed stirring. When it thickens, turn off the heat and let it cool.
Step 6
Now just pour the syrup over the cake and spread it very well.
