Ingredients

  • 5 units of cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 unit of onion
  • 30 grams of olives
  • salt to tasty
  • pepperoni to tasty
  • black pepper to tasty
  • 100 grams of bacon
  • 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
  • 2 units of garlic cloves
  • 3 units of eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of milk
  • 8 units of tortillas
  • cheddar cheese to tasty
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons of condensed milk

How to make

Step 1
Chop 5 diced cherry tomatoes, ½ onion and 30g pitted green olives. Transfer everything to a container, then add salt to taste, black pepper to taste and pepperoni to taste. Mix very well and set aside.
Step 2
In another container, add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and 3 tablespoons of condensed milk. Mix well.
Step 3
In a skillet, add 100g of chopped bacon. Fry very well and set aside.
Step 4
In a bowl, add 3 eggs, salt to taste and 4 tablespoons of milk. Beat everything very well.
Step 5
In the pan, place 1 tablespoon of butter and 2 cloves of garlic. As soon as the garlic has a light frying, add the beaten egg and let it cook.
Step 6
Heat the dough slightly in a skillet, so that it softens and becomes easier to handle. It is very important that the fire is low to avoid the risk of burning.
Step 7
To assemble, take the dough, add the tomato, egg, bacon, mayonnaise sauce and cheddar cheese on top. Close this way and set aside.
Step 8
Repeat this process until all ingredients are gone. Then fry until lightly browned.
