Ingredientes

  • 100 gramas de salami
  • 300 gramas de bisnaguinhas
  • 100 gramas de cream cheese
  • 100 gramas de sliced mozzarella
  • 100 gramas de grated mozzarella
  • 1 unidade de tomato
  • 2 colheres de sopa de butter or margarine
  • oregano a gosto

Como fazer

Passo 1
Cut 100g of salami into thin slices and set aside. Then cut the bisnaguinhas that way. Using a spatula, spread curd over them and add to a baking dish.
Passo 2
Add the salami this way. Then add 4 slices of mozzarella and 1 diced tomato. Finally, spread the cream cheese over the bisnaguinhas and place it on the tomato in this way.
Passo 3
On top of the bisnaguinhas, brush a little melted butter to taste. Add 100g of grated mozzarella. Now just finish with oregano to taste.
Passo 4
Place in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 15 minutes.
