Ingredients

  • 100 grams of salami
  • 300 grams of bisnaguinhas
  • 100 grams of cream cheese
  • 100 grams of sliced mozzarella
  • 100 grams of grated mozzarella
  • 1 unit of tomato
  • 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
  • oregano to tasty

How to make

Step 1
Cut 100g of salami into thin slices and set aside. Then cut the bisnaguinhas that way. Using a spatula, spread curd over them and add to a baking dish.
Step 2
Add the salami this way. Then add 4 slices of mozzarella and 1 diced tomato. Finally, spread the cream cheese over the bisnaguinhas and place it on the tomato in this way.
Step 3
On top of the bisnaguinhas, brush a little melted butter to taste. Add 100g of grated mozzarella. Now just finish with oregano to taste.
Step 4
Place in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 15 minutes.
