MINCED MEAT WITH POTATOES

2 potatoes, 1 carrot, some ground beef and your dinner is ready!

  • 2 units of potatoes
  • 1 unit of carrot
  • 500 grams of ground beef
  • salt to tasty
  • spicy paprika to tasty
  • saffron to tasty
  • black pepper to tasty
  • dehydrated parsley to tasty
  • garlic powder to tasty
  • green smell to tasty
  • oil to tasty
  • 200 milliliters of tomato sauce
  • grated mozzarella to tasty

How to make

Step 1
In a container, add the grated potatoes, grated carrots and ground beef. With your hands, mix very well. With your hands, mix very well.

Then add salt, spicy paprika, saffron, black pepper, dehydrated parsley, garlic powder and a green scent to taste. Still with your hands, mix again.

Remembering that the seasonings are to taste, you can use the seasonings of your choice too.

Take some of the meat and shape. Repeat this process until all the meat is gone.

Now, in a skillet, add a little oil and add the meatballs. Seal on both sides.

Then transfer the dumplings to a container. Add tomato sauce on top and spread well. Finally, add grated mozzarella to taste.

Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
