Ingredients

  • 4 cups of rice
  • 3 units of eggs
  • 1/2 unit of onion
  • Green smell to tasty
  • Spicy paprika to tasty
  • Oregano to tasty
  • Salt to tasty
  • 1 tablespoon of cream cheese
  • 100 grams of grated mozzarella
  • 100 grams of grated ham
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • Oil to tasty

How to make

Step 1
In a container, add 4 cups of boiled rice and 3 beaten eggs. Mix everything very well. If your rice runs dry, you can add another beaten egg.
Step 2
Now add ½ chopped onion and smell green to taste. Mix again. Add spicy paprika to taste, oregano to taste, salt to taste and add. Then add 1 tablespoon of cream cheese and stir.
Step 3
Now add 100g grated mozzarella, 100g grated ham, 1 tablespoon baking powder and stir again. Grease a skillet with oil and add the mixture. Cover and cook over low heat for approximately 5 minutes.
Step 4
With the help of a plate, turn the rice to cook the other side in this way. Cover again and cook for another 10 minutes.
