Ingredients

  • Olive oil to tasty
  • 500 grams of ground beef
  • 1/2 unit of onion
  • 3 units of cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 unit of tomato
  • 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
  • Black pepper to tasty
  • Paprika to tasty
  • Bahia spice to tasty
  • Salt to tasty
  • Rice to tasty
  • 5 units of cabbage leaves
  • 200 grams of grated mozzarella

How to make

Step 1
In a pan, add a little oil and 500g of ground beef. Stir well and cook until the water dries. Now add ½ chopped onion and 3 cloves of grated garlic. Stir again.
Step 2
Then add 1 chopped tomato, 1/2 cup of tomato sauce and add. Add black pepper to taste, paprika to taste, Bahia seasoning to taste, salt to taste and mix well. Add cooked rice to taste, mix again and set aside.
Step 3
Remove the stalk from the cabbage leaves in this way. In a cabbage leaf, place some minced meat with rice and roll like this. Repeat this process until all ingredients are gone.
Step 4
In a tin add the cigars and 200g of grated mozzarella on top. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
