RONDELLI WITH PASTRY DOUGH

Ingredients

  • 400 grams of pastry dough
  • Ham to tasty
  • Mozzarella to tasty
  • 1 unit of plastic bag
  • 3 tablespoons of butter or margarine
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 500 milliliters of milk
  • Salt to tasty
  • Nutmeg to tasty
  • Black pepper to tasty
  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • Oregano to tasty

How to make

Step 1
Open the pastry dough and add ham and mozzarela to taste, that way. Now roll it up, forming a roll. After that, wrap the dough with plastic and squeeze well. Take to cold in freezer for 30 minutes.
Step 2
In a pan, add 3 tablespoons of butter and let it melts. Next, add 1 teacup of milk and mix it. Add 3 tablespoons of wheat flour and mix it very well.

Then add 500ml of milk. First add half milk and mix it. Now add salt, black pepper, nutmeg to taste and incorporate it. Finally, add the resto f the milks and stir it until it thickens.
Step 4
Once the cream thickens, turn off the heat and add 200g of milk cream. Mix it well and set aside.
Step 5
Now cut the roll that way. With approximately 1 finger of thickness.
Step 6
In a bowl, add half sauce. Next, add the rondelli that way. Finally, add the rest of the sauce and spread it well. Finish with mozzarela and oregano to taste.
Step 7
Take it to preheated oven 356°F for about 20 minutes.
