POWDERED MILK ROCAMBOLE

Powdered Milk Rocambole, doesn’t need oven.

Ingredients

  • 790 grams of condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons of powdered chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
  • 4 cups of powdered milk
  • 1 unit of plastic bag
  • Milk chocolate to tasty

How to make

Step 1
In a pan, add 395g of condensed milk, 4 tablespoons of chocolate poder, 1 tablespoon of butter and stir it until it thickens. As soon as it thickens, remove from heat and let it cool at room temperature.
Step 2
Once it thickens, add 4 teacups of powdered milk, 395g of condensed milk and mix it all very well. Add condensed milk little by little and mix it. Now with your hands mix well until gets this point.
Step 3
Cover it with a plastic and squeeze well until you open all the dough. To facilitate this process, use a roll.
Step 4
Cut the ends of the dough this way. Now add the filling and spread it out well. Roll it this way, forming a rocambole. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 5
Finish with melted chocolate over it.
