PASTA WITH GROUND BEEF

Ingredients

  • Oil to tasty
  • 1 unit of onion
  • 3 units of cloves of garlic
  • 500 grams of ground beef
  • Salt to tasty
  • Sweet paprika to tasty
  • Black pepper to tasty
  • Bay leaves to tasty
  • 680 grams of tomato sauce
  • 400 milliliters of water
  • Chives to tasty
  • Parsley to tasty
  • Boiling water to tasty
  • 500 grams of noodles
  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • 200 grams of curd
  • Mozzarella sliced to tasty

How to make

Step 1
In a pan, add a little oil, 1 chopped onion and let it golden. Add 3 grated garlic cloves and mix.
Step 2
Add 500g of ground beef and let it cook until the water dries. Once the water dries, add salt, sweet paprika, black pepper, bayleef to taste and mix very well.
Step 3
Then add 680g of tomato sauce, 400ml of water, parsley and chive to taste. Mix well and let it cook until starts to boil.
Step 4
In a pan with boiling water, add salt, 500g of pasta, mix and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Transfer the pasta to a bowl, add 200g of milk cream, 200g of cream cheese and mix very well.
Step 6
In a platter, make the frist layer of pasta. Add sauce over it and spread well. Now add slices mozzarela to taste. Repete this process until the ingredients are over.
Step 7
Finish with sliced mozzarela to taste and take to preheated oven at 356°F for 15 minutes.
