HOMEMADE BREAD WITH PEPPERONI

I only stir it with a spoon and made this bread, super fuffly and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of wheat flour
  • 10 grams of dry biological yeast
  • 2 units of eggs
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 coffee spoon of salt
  • Oil to tasty
  • 1 unit of onion
  • 2 units of pepperoni

How to make

Step 1
In a bowl, add 4 teacups of wheat flour, 10g of baking powder and mix very well. Now add 2 eggs, 1 ½ teacup of water at room temperature, ½ teacup of oil, ¼ teacup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt and mix again. Let it rest for 45 minutes.
Step 2
In a frying pan, add a little oil, 1 chopped onion and let it fries. Now add 2 greated pepperoni sausage, mix and fry.
Step 3
Once the dough rests, mix well to get all the air out.
Step 4
In a greased and floured pan, add some dough and spread well. Now add half of the filling and spread it. Repete this process until all the dough is over.
Step 5
Finish with grated pepperoni sausage over it and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Once it rests, take to preheated oven at 356°F for 45 minutes.
