Ingredients

  • 1 unit of potato
  • 150 grams of sliced ham
  • 1 unit of egg
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • Black pepper to tasty
  • Salt to tasty
  • Butter or margarine to tasty
  • 3 units of egg yolks
  • Parsley to tasty

How to make

Step 1
In a bowl, add chopped potatoes, sliced ham and mix. Add egg, wheat flour, black pepper and salt, and mix it again.
Step 2
Grease a frying pan with butter and place a little of the mixture. Next, add the yolks over it and let it cook for 5 minutes. Then turn the other side and let it cook.
Step 3
Finish with parsley to taste.
