CRUNCHY FRENCH FRIES

Ingredients

  • 2 units of potatoes
  • Water to tasty
  • 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • Salt to tasty
  • 1 unit of waxed paper
  • Oil to tasty

How to make

Step 1
In a frying pan, add the chopped potatoes. Add water until cover them and let them cook for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Transfer the potatoes to a bowl, passing them through a sieve.
Step 3
Add cornstarch, salt, and with your hands, mix it all very well, until it turns into a soft dough. Then, transfer to a tables and divide into 4 equal parts.
Step 4
Next, mode each part into little rolls and cut approximately 2 fingers thick. Repete this process until all the dough is over.
Step 5
Press each part with a fork and transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to avoid sticking.
Step 6
In a frying pan with boiling oil, fry until it golden.
