Ingredients

  • Olive oil to tasty
  • 1 unit of onion
  • 3 units of cloves of garlic
  • 680 grams of tomato sauce
  • Salt to tasty
  • Oregano to tasty
  • Black pepper to tasty
  • 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 cup of water
  • Parsley to tasty
  • Chives to tasty
  • Pastry dough to tasty
  • Tomato to tasty
  • Mozzarella sliced to tasty
  • Cottage cheese to tasty
  • Ham sliced to tasty
  • Water to tasty
  • 1 unit of aluminum foil
  • Parmesan cheese to tasty

How to make

Step 1
In a pan, add olive oil, chopped onion, garlic and let it golden. Next, add tomato sauce and mix. Then add salt, oregano, black pepper, sugar, water and mix again. Finally, add parsley, chive and incorporate.
Step 2
Open the pastry dough, add sliced tomatoes, olive oil, oregano, mozzarella, cottage cheese and ham. Cut the dough, close it, roll it up and pincel the edges with water to close well.
Step 3
In a serving dish, put some sauce, add the rondelli and add the rest of the sauce.
Step 4
Cover it with aluminum foil and take to preheated oven at 356°F for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Spread the sauce over the rondelli and take again to the oven for more 15 minutes.
Step 6
Finish with grated parmesan and serve it.
