Traditional pavé recipe with champagne biscuit for your Christmas.

  • 395 grams of condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 3 units of egg yolks
  • 500 milliliters of milk
  • 400 grams of sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
  • 180 grams of champagne biscuit
  • 200 grams of semisweet chocolate
  • Chocolate chips to tasty

How to make

Step 1
In a pan, add condensed milk, cornstarch and dissolve very well. Next, add egg yolks and mix. Then, add milk, turn on medium heat and stir it until it thickens.
Step 2
Add 200g of milk cream, vanilla essence and incorporate.
Step 3
In a platter, place some of the cream and spread well. Next, add the champagne biscuits. Repete this process until all the ingredients are over.
Step 4
Refrigerate for 3 hours.
Step 5
In a bowl, melt the chocolate and add 200g of milk cream. Mix well.
Step 6
Pour it over the pavé, spread well and refrigerate for 1 hour more.
Step 7
Finish with chopped chocolate to taste.
