4 tablespoons of butter or margarine
2 units of salmon slices
Salt to tasty
Black pepper to tasty
2 units of garlic cloves
Chives to tasty
Parsley to tasty
1 unit of sicilian lemon
How to make
Step 1
In a saucepan, add 2 tablespoons of butter and let it melt. Then add the salmon slices. Season with salt and black pepper.
Step 2
Once browned on one side, turn and let it brown on the other side. Set aside.
Step 3
In the same pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter and let it melt. Add the grated garlic and let it brown.
Step 4
Once browned, turn off the heat and add the chives, parsley and mix. Finally, add lemon zest and mix again.
Step 5
Pour over the salmon and spread well.
