Ingredients

  • 395 grams of condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • 3 units of egg yolks
  • 600 milliliters of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • Cornstarch biscuit to tasty
  • 500 grams of strawberry
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 unit of lemon
  • Strawberries to tasty

How to make

Step 1
In a pan, add condensed milk, cornstarch, sour cream and mix it all very well. Next, add sifted egg yolks, the milk, vanilla essence, turn on medium heat and stir until it thickens.
Step 2
In a serving dish, add some of the cream and spread well. Then add cornstarch biscuits. Repete this process until all the ingredients are over.
Step 3
Refrigerate for 3 hours.
Step 4
In a pan, add chopped strawberries, sugar and lemon juice. Turn on medium heat, mix it and let it cook until it turns into a jelly.
Step 5
Remove it from the heat and let it cool at room temperature. Then pour the jelly over the cream and spread well.
Step 6
Refrigerate for 3 hours.

Now it’s just finish with strawberries to taste.
