Ingredients

  • Olive oil to tasty
  • 1 unit of onion
  • 1 unit of green pepper
  • 500 grams of chicken breast
  • Cumin to tasty
  • Curry to tasty
  • Paprika to tasty
  • Paprika to tasty
  • 2 units of carrots
  • 50 grams of raisins
  • 150 grams of ham
  • 200 grams of mayonnaise
  • 100 grams of corn
  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • Parsley to tasty
  • Chives to tasty
  • Olives to tasty
  • Straw potato to tasty

How to make

Step 1
In a pan, add olive oil, chopped onion and let it golden. Next, add chopped pepper and let it dries.
Step 2
Add the chicken breast, cooked and sliced, cumin, curry, paprika, salt and mix it all very well.
Step 3
Transfer to a bowl, add grated carrots, raisins and mix. Next, add sliced ham, mayonnese, corn and mix again. Finally, add heavy cream, parsley, chive and olives, and incorporate.
Step 4
Transfer to a refractory and spread well. Finish with straw potatoes to taste and refrigerate for 2 hours.
