This is our Cabbage Roll style, how is yours?

  • 1 unit of cabbage
  • 2 kilos of beef
  • Black pepper to tasty
  • Salt to tasty
  • 1/2 unit of onion
  • 1/2 unit of soaked bread
  • Nutmeg to tasty
  • 2 units of eggs
  • Toothpicks to tasty
  • 1 unit of carrot
  • Mushrooms to tasty
  • Olive oil to tasty
  • 1 unit of onion
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons of cabbage water
  • 2 cups of chicken broth

How to make

Step 1
Cut the base of the cabbage and cook cabbage in boiling water for 8 minutes. Set aside.
Step 2
Combine the beef with salt, pepper, onion, nutmeg, eggs and soaked bread. Form the beef mixture into ball shape.
Step 3
And fill individual cabbage leaves with beef ball.
Step 4
Wrap each cabbage ball with bacon.
Step 5
Add the oil in a skillet. Then add the onion, carrot, mushroom, black pepper, salt, tomato paste, cabbage water and chicken stock.
Step 6
Pour the sauce over the cabbage ball. Bake for 375°F/190°C for 45 minutes.
