Ingredients
1 liter of milk
200 grams of corn starch
200 grams of butter
1/2 tablespoon of salt
200 grams of mozzarella
How to make
Step 1
In the blender, add the milk, corn starch and beat for approximately 1 minute.
Step 2
Then transfer to a pan and stir over low heat until boiling.
Step 3
Now add the butter and mix. Then add the salt and mix again.
Step 4
Finally, add the mozzarella and stir until thickened.
Step 5
Transfer to a container of your choice and spread well.
Step 6
Cover with plastic film and take to the fridge for 2 hours.
