PICKLED CABBAGE SALAD

I've never had such delicious cabbage before! Chop, mix and eat after 3 days.

Ingredients

  • 1 unit of cabbage
  • 1 unit of red pepper
  • 1 unit of carrot
  • 1 tablespoon of coarse salt
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic
  • 300 milliliters of water
  • 6 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 1 unit of sicilian lemon

How to make

Step 1
Cut the cabbage into small pieces and bell pepper.
Step 2
After that, grate one large carrot on the largest part of the grater.
Step 3
Add these ingredients to a large bowl and mix.
Step 4
Now, transfer this mixture to a glass pot.
Step 5
Add the minced garlic, coarse salt, water at room temperature and the six tablespoons of alcohol or apple cider vinegar.
Step 6
And finally, cut some Sicilian lemon slices and place them on top of the pot.
Step 7
Close that pot and reserve in a cool place for three days, enough for all these ingredients to incorporate very well.
Step 8
After the three days, serve.
