  • 2 units of potatoes
  • Butter to tasty
  • 3 units of eggs
  • Salt to tasty
  • Black pepper to tasty
  • Paprika to tasty
  • Parsley to tasty
  • 50 grams of grated mozzarella
  • Oregano to tasty

How to make

Step 1
Grease a mold with plenty of butter and place the potatoes cut into slices.
Step 2
In a container, add the eggs, salt, paprika, black pepper and parsley. Beat everything very well.
Step 3
Pour over the potatoes, cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Step 4
With the help of a plate, turn the other side, place the grated mozzarella on top and the oregano. Cover and cook until the cheese melts.
