Step 1

Em uma panela, adicione o azeite, a linguiça em rodelas e deixe dourar.

Step 2

Em seguida, acrescente a cebola e o alho picados e misture.

Step 3

Depois, adicione o tomate picado e misture novamente.

Step 4

Agora, acrescente o arroz, o sal, a páprica defumada, a pimenta-do-reino e misture.

Step 5

Adicione a água até cobrir, tampe e deixe cozinhar até secar a água.

Step 6

Finalize com o queijo coalho, o requeijão, a salsinha e a cebolinha.

Step 7

Tampe e deixe derreter o queijo.
