Step 1

Em um recipiente, adicione os ovos, o açúcar e misture bem.

Step 2

Acrescente o leite, o óleo e agregue.

Step 3

Adicione o chocolate em pó e misture.

Step 4

Acrescente a farinha de trigo e misture bem.

Step 5

Adicione o fermento e misture delicadamente.

Step 6

Transfira a massa para uma panela untada com manteiga e leve ao fogo baixo até cozinhar.

Step 7

Derreta o chocolate meio amargo no micro-ondas por 30 segundos.

Step 8

Adicione o creme de leite e misture bem.

Step 9

Transfira a calda para cima do bolo.

2 units of Ovo
1/2 cup of Açúcar
1/2 cup of Leite
1/2 cup of Óleo
3 tablespoons of Chocolate em pó
1 cup of Farinha de trigo
1 tablespoon of Fermento químico
100 grams of Chocolate meio amargo
200 grams of Creme de leite
