In a pan with oil, fry 700g of thin sausage and set aside.

In a baking pan with water, add 300g of lasagna dough and cook for 3 minutes.

In a saucepan, add 600g of tomato sauce, ½ cup of water, salt to taste, black pepper to taste and oregano to taste. Mix everything well and cook until it boils.
Paso 4
Wrap the sausage in a slice of mozzarella. It is very important that the sausage is cold so as not to melt the mozzarella when rolling. Roll the sausage into the dough. Repeat this process until all the dough is gone.
Paso 5
Add a little sauce over the refractory. Then add the sausages rolled in this way. Cover with remaining sauce and add 100g grated mozzarella on top.
Paso 6
Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
