How to make

Step 1
Cut the garlic heads and season with salt, black pepper and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
Step 2
Make some cuts on the thighs and drumstick, transfer to a mold and reserve.
Step 3
In a container, add the garlic heads, the melted butter, the smoked paprika, the black pepper and mix well. Pour over thighs and spread well.
Step 4
Cut the potatoes and season with salt, smoked paprika, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and mix. Then place together with the thighs. Finally, add the chopped carrot to the pan.
Step 5
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.

  • 2 units of heads of garlic
  • Salt to tasty

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 units of chicken leg quarter
  • 3 tablespoons of melted butter
  • Smoked paprika to tasty
  • 2 units of potatoes
  • 1 unit of carrot
