How to make

Step 1
With the help of a knife, make shallow cuts on the chicken. Next, season it with salt and black pepper. Then pass the chicken in wheat flour and set aside.
Step 2
In a skillet, add 3 tablespoons of butter and let it melts. Next, add the chicken and let it golden on both sides.
Step 3
Now add ½ tablespoon of butter, grated garlic, honey, soy sauce, vinager and mix it all very well. Let it cooks until the sauce thicken.
Step 4
Transfer to a bown and finish with parsley to taste.

  • 3 units of cloves of garlic
  • 90 grams of honey
