How to make

Step 1
In a pan with boiling water, add 350g of pasta, 1 tablespoon of salt, mix it and let it cook for 14 minutes.
Step 2
In the blender, add 10 very ripe tomatoes, 1 teacup of water and beat it very well.
Step 3
In a pan, add oil, 1 sliced onion and let it golden. Then add 3 garlic cloves, mix it and add the sauce. Now add salt to taste, mix it and after that add 1 tablespoon of sugar.Mix it again, close the pan and let it cook for 20 minutes in medium heat.
Step 4
It’s very importante to mix the sauce from time to time to avoid the risk of burning. Finish with basil and black pepper to taste. Mix and set aside.
Step 5
Place the ground beef on the pasta this way and then take it do a sheet. Now pour all the sauce over the pasta and finish with grated cheese to taste.
Step 6
Take it to preheated oven 356°F for about 15 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Step 7
To make the ground beef is very simple. In a frying pan, add oil, 1 sliced onion and let it golden. Next, add 2 grated garlic cloves and let it fries. Add 500g of ground beef, mix it well and let it cook until the water dries up.
Step 8
Once the water dries up, add paprika, spicy papikra, black pepper, Bahia seasoning and salt to taste. Mix it very well. Then add 340g of tomato sauce, mix it again and the new ground beef is ready.
