In a saucepan, add 790g of condensed milk and 2 cups of powdered milk. Stir well until the powdered milk is completely dissolved. Now add 400g of heavy cream and mix. Turn on medium heat and stir until cream thickens. It is very important to keep stirring so as not to burn the base of the cream.
In a container, add 800g of fractionated chocolate. Microwave every 30 seconds until all the chocolate melts. I used the microwave, but you can melt it in a double boiler and it works too.
In a silicone tin, add some of the melted chocolate and spread it out that way. It is important to leave some melted chocolate to finish. With the help of a brush, pass chocolate through the middle of the pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Now add the first layer of cream. Then add the second layer of whole strawberries. Repeat this process until you run out of ingredients. Make the last layer of strawberry.
Finally, finish with the rest of the chocolate we made earlier. Spread well and refrigerate for 1 hour.
