In a bowl, add milk, water, oil, baking powder and mix well. Next, add the egg, salt, sugar and mix it again.
Finally, add the wheat flour, little by little, and with the help of your hands, mix it until it gets the right point. Transfer the dough to a table and knead for 5 minutes. Then add the fried bacon and incorporate.
To prepare the bacon, in a plate, place a sheet of paper towel and add the sliced bacon on it. Cover with two sheets of paper towels and microwave for 4 minutes. After it cools, break it into small pieces.
Let the dough rests for 30 minutes.
With the help of a rolling pin, roll out the dough, but don’t leave it too thin. Then add the curd and spread it well. Then add the mozzarella, ham and cheddar.
Join the ends of the dough together and then cut to approximately 3 fingers thick.
Transfer to a sheet greased with oil and brush egg yolk over it. Finish with parsley and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Take it to preheated oven at 356°F for 30 minutes.
