In a container, add 1 egg and beat very well. Then add 2 tablespoons of oil, 2 pinches of sugar, 2 pinches of salt and ½ cup of milk. Now add 1 cup of all-purpose flour. Add half of the flour and mix. Then add the rest and ½ tablespoon of yeast. Mix again until consistent.
Butter the microwave dish and sprinkle with a little flour.
Add the dough and spread it very well from the middle to the outside so that the edges are a little thicker. Microwave for 5 minutes. If the dough is raw in the middle, add another 30 seconds or until it is completely baked.
On top of the dough, add the tomato sauce to taste, mozzarella cheese to taste, corn to taste, 6 slices of tomato and oregano to taste.
Microwave for approximately 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
