PANCAKES WITH GROUND BEEF FILLING

How to make

Step 1
In a pan, add the chopped potatoes, the water, the salt and let it cook.
Step 2
In a skillet, add 2 tablespoons of butter and let it melts. Next, add the chopped onion and let it golden. Then add the grated garlic and mix.
Step 3
Now add the ground meet, the salt, the black pepper and the paprika. Mix, let it cook until all the water dries and set aside.
Step 4
Transfer the cooked potatoes to a bowl, add 25g of butter, salt, black pepper and smash it very well. Next, add the egg, the wheat flour and mix it until it turns to a dough.
Step 5
Take a little of this dough, transfer to a table and open it. Next, add a little of the ground beef, model and close it very well. Repete this process until all the ingredients are over.
Step 6
In a skillet with boiling oil, fry it until both sides are golden.
