How to make

Step 1
For this recipe, start by separating the yolks from the eggs, I used three whole eggs.
Step 2
Add a little salt and beat well.

Brush a little butter on a frying pan, add the egg yolks and cook.

Add mozzarella to taste and roll up.
Step 5
In the whites that we separated earlier, add a little oregano, salt to taste and mix well.

Pour half into the skillet and let it cook.

Rewind.

Add the rest, let it cook and roll it up.

In a container, add three whole eggs, salt to taste, black pepper to taste and beat very well.
Step 10
Add some butter to the frying pan and pour in some of the eggs.
Step 11
Add grated mozzarella to taste, a sausage and roll it up.
Step 12
Add some more beaten eggs and repeat the same process.
