How to make

Step 1
Corte o tomate em rodelas.
Step 2
Rale a abobrinha e a beterraba. Reserve.
Step 3
Em um recipiente, adicione os ovos, a cebola, o alho, a salsinha e cebolinha, o sal, a pimenta-do-reino e a pimenta calabresa.

Misture tudo muito bem.
Step 5
Unte um recipiente com azeite e adicione um pouco dos ovos.
Step 6
Acrescente a abobrinha e a beterraba.
Step 7
Adicione mais da mistura.
Step 8
Repita o processo até acabar os ingredientes.
Step 9
Adicione o queijo minas, o tomate e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180°C por 45 minutos ou até dourar.
