PICKLED CABBAGE SALAD

Cómo hacer

Paso 1
Cut the cabbage into small pieces and bell pepper.
Paso 2
After that, grate one large carrot on the largest part of the grater.
Paso 3
Add these ingredients to a large bowl and mix.
Paso 4
Now, transfer this mixture to a glass pot.
Paso 5
Add the minced garlic, coarse salt, water at room temperature and the six tablespoons of alcohol or apple cider vinegar.
Paso 6
And finally, cut some Sicilian lemon slices and place them on top of the pot.
Paso 7
Close that pot and reserve in a cool place for three days, enough for all these ingredients to incorporate very well.
Paso 8
After the three days, serve.

  • 1 unidad de cabbage
  • 1 unidad de red pepper
  • 1 unidad de carrot
  • 1 cucharra sopera de coarse salt
  • 1 cucharra sopera de garlic
  • 300 mililitros de water
  • 6 cucharras sopera de vinegar
  • 1 unidad de sicilian lemon
