In a skillet, add a little oil and 6 chicken legs. Fry until lightly sealed on both sides. Now add a little water and salt to taste. Cover and cook for approximately 30 minutes.
Remove all the meat from the bone this way. After removing, clean the bone well and set aside.
Chop the chicken into small pieces.
In a container, add 2 medium-boiled potatoes and mash well. Now add the chopped chicken, 200g of green corn, 100g of wheat flour, salt to taste, paprika to taste and 150g of grated mozzarella. Mix everything well by hand.
Take some of the dough, open it, place the bone in the middle and shape it that way. Repeat this process until all ingredients are gone.
To bread, spread the coxinha in the wheat flour. Then pass the egg. Finally, pass in panko flour or breadcrumbs. Repeat this process with all drumsticks.
In a pan with hot oil, fry the drumsticks until golden.
