In a bowl, add 1 litter of water, 1 ½ tablespoon of salt, the sugar, the entire garlic and with its sheld, and mix it all very well. Next, add the chicken, cover it with plastic film and take to refrigerator for 6 hours.
In another bowl, add wheat flour and cornstarch, both sifted. Next, add the baking powder, the spicy paprika, the powdered onion, the powdered garlic, the black pepper and ½ tablespoon of salt, and mix it all very well.
After that, separate the flour in two equal parts and transfer one part to a bowl. Add the eggs, 100ml of water and mix well. Pass the chicken in this mixture and then in the flour we reserved before.
