How to make

Step 1
In a bowl, add the condensed milk, cornstarch and mix well until the cornstarch is completely dissolved.
Step 2
Then add the sour cream and milk. Turn on medium heat and stir until thickens.
Step 3
Transfer to a refractory and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 4
In a bowl, add hot water, strawberry gelatin and mix. Then add cold water and mix again.
Step 5
Add the sliced strawberries over the cream. Then pour the gelatin over the strawberries.
Step 6
Refrigerate for 2 hours.

  • 395 grams of condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • 500 milliliters of milk
  • 250 milliliters of hot water
  • 24 grams of strawberry gelatin
  • 250 milliliters of cold water
  • 200 grams of strawberry
