In a saucepan, add the chopped strawberries, ½ cup sugar, 400ml of water and mix well. As soon as it starts to boil, add 2 envelopes of strawberry gelatin and mix again until all the gelatin is dissolved.
Turn off the heat, add 400g of cream and 198g of condensed milk. Mix everything very well. Wait for the strawberry to cool and add the cream to avoid the risk of curdling.
If you prefer, you can substitute the strawberry for pineapple. For other fruits such as grapes or passion fruit, just add them after turning off the heat.
Transfer to a container and refrigerate for approximately 4 hours or until set.
