Separate a part of the peach to use at the end. Put the rest in a blender and add 395g of condensed milk, 200g of cream and the juice of two lemons. Finally, add 12g of colorless gelatine (hydrated as per the instructions on the package) and beat very well.
Afterwards, transfer this mixture to a container and refrigerate for approximately 2 hours or until firm.
To decorate, chop the peaches you saved earlier and decorate the way you want.
Remembering that if you don't like peaches, you can substitute pineapple in syrup or strawberry.
