In a container, add ½ tea cup brown sugar, ½ tea cup sugar, 1 tea cup salt, white pepper to taste, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce and 4 tea cups water boiling.Using a fork, mix everything well.

Now, remove all the skin from the pork ribs. Place the rib into the mixture we made earlier. Cover with wrapping paper, and marinate for 20 hours.

In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil, 4 tablespoons of chopped onion and ½ tablespoon of grated garlic. Let it cook. Now add 350ml of cola soda, ½ teaspoon of hot sauce, 1 cup of ketchup and salt to taste. Mix well and as soon as the sauce thickens, remove from heat.
Step 4
Remove the rib from the liquid, and with the help of a paper towel, wipe off the excess. Place the rib in a mold greased with oil or olive oil and with a brush, apply the sauce over it.
Step 5
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 200°C for approximately 2 hours.
Step 6
Remove the rib from the oven, brush the sauce again and bake for another 15 minutes.
