With a knife, remove the stalks and break up the cauliflower. In a container, add the cauliflower, a little water and ¼ cup white vinegar. Soak for approximately 10 minutes. Right after this process, wash the cauliflower under running water.
In a pan of boiling water, add 2 cloves of garlic and cauliflower. Let it cook for 5 minutes. Garlic serves to add extra flavor to the cauliflower.
In a deep dish, add 1 cup all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 2 teaspoons sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon dried parsley, 2 teaspoons salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix very well.
Now, in an ovenproof dish, add 2 eggs and ½ cup of milk. Mix well.
Spread the cauliflower in the wheat flour. Remembering that the cauliflower needs to be cool and dry to be able to bread. Then pass the eggs. Finally, pass in the Panko flour. Repeat this process until you run out of ingredients.
In a pan of hot oil, gradually add the breaded cauliflower and let it fry for approximately 3 to 4 minutes.
